NDA exhibited at the UCAS Design Your Future exhibitions held at Excel London and MCCC, Manchester during November.
With visitor numbers over 7000, the exhibition is aimed at students in the last 2 years of school or college and is designed to help them decide what and where they would like to study for their Design related degree. Many students who attended the exhibition were studying an Art & Design Foundation course.
NDA had a dramatic new stand for 2012, designed by Senior Tutor Vicky, and there was considerable interest in all the BA (Hons) qualifications offered by NDA. The fact we now offer a progression to MA also proved to be quite a talking point.
This years’ students appeared open minded and prepared to consider other options to the traditional university routes, such as online learning, and are clearly making considered choices for their future. The flexibility and half price fees were particularly well received.
We had positive feedback from tutors, parents and students on the course offering and the option of online learning, as well as the fantastic new stand!
We look forward to welcoming these new students to the courses in the near future.
