Only 2 days to go until we announce the winners of the 2020 NDA National Design Award! With hundreds of entries, it’s been tough for the NDA tutors to whittle the list down to 40. Over the last week, we’ve showcased 30 (in no particular order) of the most stunning schemes created by students from across the world. Here are the final 10.
The standard of work entered into the National Design Award this year was simply incredible. From restaurants and vegan cafes to pool areas and double height dining rooms – each and every student designer came up with a new way to interpret the brief.
On Friday, Marianne Shillingford, Creative Director of Dulux and the first National Design Academy tutor, joins NDA Director of Design Studies Anthony in the unenviable task of choosing 4 winners. They will be choosing 2 students from the Residential category and 2 from the Commercial who truly understood the brief, made the most of the space given and most importantly, who used the Dulux Colour of the Year to their best advantage.
