FAQ Week! Day 2

Q2:  What file type should I save my work in, particularly if I am to upload on the VLS?

A2: It is best to try and save your work as PDF files, this is particularly relevant to PowerPoint files. Students can save a PowerPoint presentation PDF in the “save” menu. This avoids any errors, because how the work has been designed by the student may not transfer over correctly to their tutor. Particularly if  a special font has been used. Saving by PDF ensures all content is kept as it is intended.

What is UK Government Funding?

UK students pay approximately 50% of the full course fee – the balance is funded by the UK Government’s Adult education budget (AEB).

The National Design Academy is the only design school to be able to offer this funding as our Diplomas are all fully accredited by AIM Qualifications.
