Who We Are
National Design Academy (NDA) has been established for over 35 years, and is the UK’s leading provider of fully accredited Interior Design courses. NDA has alumni of over 35,000 graduates in over 100 countries. We offer flexible, part-time, online courses that fit around your work and personal commitments. We offer Diploma courses accredited by AIM Qualifications, and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees awarded by our academic partner, De Montfort University Leicester (DMU).
Over the years NDA has trained thousands of successful interior designers, many of whom are running their own business or working for prestigious design practices around the world. At NDA we are passionate about design and helping our students to achieve their goals by delivering flexible, affordable online qualifications.
NDA Foundation
National Design Academy is part of The NDA Foundation—a not for profit organisation committed to widening access to further & higher education through affordable, flexible online delivery.
Profits are reinvested back into the Foundation for the benefit of our students. This means much lower fees than other colleges and universities and we can award all NDA students with Progression Scholarships for each level of study.
Academy UK Headquarters (Nottingham)
Since its beginning in 1987 the Academy has been based at Rufford Hall in Nottingham, our headquarters and base for the Tutor, Admissions and Student Support teams. There are also two dedicated design studios where our UK based in-studio courses take place.

NDA International Office (Dubai)
In 2013 NDA opened our international office and studio in Dubai, UAE. Based in Knowledge Park it provides a perfect base for our international Tutor team who also run regular weekday and weekend In-studio Diploma courses.
We offer online Interior Design courses that are internationally recognised and accredited.
